When you gain membership to the site, you are expected to keep your user account information confidential. Sharing this information with another person is forbidden and may result in the loss of membership.

We don’t have a rules of conduct for members because we expect each member to behave in a civil and respectful manner. A site administrator will contact members privately if we deem a specific member’s conduct as unacceptable.

We reserve the right to revoke, block, or remove a user account at any time without any prior notice.

We provide friendly support via our Support Forum to all verified GenbuTheme.com theme owners. Please be clear, our WordPress themes are provided “as is” with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party plugins, components and modules.

Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for help with installation, customization, administration, etc. GenbuTheme.com does not commit to monitor the Support Forum, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. You acknowledge by your use of the themes that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the themes.

You agree to indemnify and hold GenbuTheme.com harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the themes or this website.
